What to know before the show.

Do I need to install an app?
No. GIG DECK runs in Safari, Chrome, and other modern browsers on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
What is included for free?
Guests can create one event without registration. A free account can create up to three events.
Can someone edit my event through the AUDIENCE LINK?
No. The AUDIENCE LINK is read-only. Attendees can view the timetable but cannot change the event.
Will it work in a venue with poor reception?
A loaded screen can remain visible, but time sync and schedule updates require an internet connection. Check the venue network before doors open.
Will LIVE display keep the screen awake?
You can enable the screen wake lock setting, but support depends on the device, browser, and operating-system settings. Test it before the show and keep the device powered.
